Amanda Hughes

DNP, APRN, RNC-NIC, NNP-BC, CPNP-PC

PROVIDER & FOUNDER

Meet Amanda, a passionate advocate for children whose life’s work is dedicated to improving their well-being. In 2021, Amanda and her husband Ryan welcomed their son Theodore, and it was this experience that inspired her to expand her commitment to the community by developing additional pediatric services to meet the needs of the underserved Midland/Odessa metro area. Plum was founded out of her desire to help children reach their full potential.

Amanda brings an impressive 19 years of experience in both hospital and clinical settings, including earning her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center. She also serves on the Medical Board for Midland Children’s Rehabilitation Center. While the letters after her name reflect her expertise, they do not fully capture the compassion she extends to families in need or her meticulous attention to the details that truly matter in healthcare. We are proud to have Amanda on our team, where her dedication and passion make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.
